Solihull Self Defences's next Adult Level 1 Fast Defence course (from 15 years old) will be on Saturday, 9th February 2008 from 6pm to 9pm at Hatchford Brook Junior & Infants School, Old Lode Lane, Solihull. LAST FEW PLACES REMAINING - last public course until the summer. Price is £35 per person. Please show your support as this will be Richard Howells first appearance in the bullet man suit !

Private Cadets Level 1 Fast Defence - 8th March 2008
